Cooperative solutions for Chestnut Processing — a demonstration

Made possible through a Pennsylvania Dept. of Ag. Specialty Crop Block Grant. Investigators researched barriers for small scale growers and found processing equipment is a common challenge. This short video will describe the potential solution, a mobile processing unit. Investigators will explain how the equipment works as well as where improvements can be made.
