Goodbye FRL – PA-NJ Chapter of The American Chestnut Foundation

In December of 2023, our PA-NJ Chapter office, aka the Leffel Center moved out of the Forest Resources Lab (FRL), at Penn State’s University Park Campus, and into 108 Research A Modular Lab which shares a parking lot with FRL. At the time Penn State’s plan for FRL was demolition and that demolition started this past summer. We have been watching and below is a short slide show of demolition progress.

That's our office on the far right, 206 FRL. We were on the corner of second floor. The first floor was actually a basement level at this end of the building.
